PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO SOCIAL CAMPAIGN Creative Director

Audience shift goal: Even during a pandemic, the agents could deliver exceptional, expedited, and compassionate service for clients needing sudden housing changes due to job loss or other circumstances.

Conceptualized, produced, edited, wrote and designed the social media campaign of pandemic stories from BarbCo’s clients.

Selected photographer Kristen Loken, who photographed every client family safely outside, alongside videographer John Cohen, who shot the B-roll. I interviewed the clients to capture their stories of buying or selling a house during the pandemic.

The campaign (paid and organic) drove increased FB/IG engagement, lead conversion, brand/agent awareness, and best of all, local business support and non-profit donations.
